COARSE PERLITE  (3-15mm) 

Perlite is made from 100% naturally occurring amorphous volcanic glass (Perlite ore). Using heat the perlite is expanded 4-20 times its original size. It is a versatile and inert soil amendment and soilless medium. You can use it to aerate the soil in container gardening, for germination, and propagation of seedlings, for the propagation of cuttings, and as a hydroponic medium. When used as an amendment, it has high permeability and low water retention helping prevent soil compaction.
