How to Use (Alfalfa)

  1. Measure 25g of alfalfa seed

  2. Soak in unchlorinated water + ¼ tsp soluble kelp for 8–12 hours

  3. Drain and rinse 1–2x per day

  4. Sprout for 1–2 days (until root tail = length of seed)

  5. Blend into a smooth seed milk with enough water to blend easily

  6. Dilute into 16L of water and apply evenly to plants
