SPIDEX BOOST – Quick-Release Spider Mite Control
Phytoseiulus persimilis Predatory Mites | 250 Sachets
Target --> two-spotted spider mites—fast and clean, with no bran residue.
SPIDEX BOOST contains Phytoseiulus persimilis, a fast-acting predatory mite specialized in controlling two-spotted spider mites (Tetranychus urticae) and related species (excluding T. evansi). These mites are ideal for treating outbreaks in flowering crops, fruiting plants, and sensitive grow spaces—especially where bran residue would be a problem. Other quick-release mite products that use a bran carrier—whether sprinkled or hung in boxes—can easily get into sticky flowers or onto harvestable crops. SPIDEX BOOST uses clean wood chips that stay inside the sachets. Only the mites exit through a small slit you create, making this format clean and crop-safe—even for resinous plants and high-value harvests.
Each sachet contains 100 adult mites ready to go to work. These fast-moving predators pierce and feed on spider mite eggs, larvae, and adults. SPIDEX BOOST is a curative solution—ideal for hotspots or when spider mites are already active. Note: this product does not include a rearing system, so the mites are released all at once and do not reproduce in the sachet.
